It all started with a passion for Muay Thai, the national sport of Thailand, and referred to as the “art of the eight limbs” because of the focus on eight points of contact- fist, elbow, knee and leg strikes. The practice requires a competitive spirit fed through combat, but the beauty of the sport is that there is so much more. Part of the tradition in Muay Thai, is related to the apparel and gear that is used to train and fight. In search of the appropriate apparel and gear for training, we noticed a void in availability, particularly in the United States, Canada, and North America in general. After waiting up to 6 weeks for a pair of traditional Muay Thai shorts to arrive and paying a lot of money in shipping costs, we decided to do some research and we have not stopped since.

US based Muay Thai Addict is a company that is passionate about all things having to do with Muay Thai. With ongoing developments in apparel and gear, we are up for the challenge with a mission to bring you the highest quality products. Currently, we are offering custom-made traditional Muay Thai shorts, high quality organic blend t-shirts, warm up hoodies and sweat pants, Flexfit hats, custom-manufactured mouth guards with cases, gloves, shin guards and traditional Prajioud arm bands. We also offer sizing to cater to women and youth.

Returns

Please have your order number written on the OUTSIDE of your package(ex: #11111), if it is missing it is subject to be returned.  Please include a detailed note of instructions whether it be for exchange (exchange item listed) or return.  Please include the order number on the note as well.  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still on it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will credit you a refund within 5 days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@muaythaiaddict.com 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged for a different size or another sale product of the same or lesser value.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon your receipt of product. We will also exchange a product if the size is wrong and you pay for the cost to ship back to us. Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 

1645 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, ste 1200, west palm beach, FL ,  33401 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. It is suggested that you use a shipping company with tracking and insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
