Ctronics offers free shipping on all orders placed on Ctronics.com.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1 business day, provided the products are in stock. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This is not your shipping confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a second email with the shipping confirmation and invoice.

Orders with incomplete or invalid shipping addresses may experience delays. Ctronics will attempt to contact the customer to update the shipping address. Orders that require manual verification of billing or shipping information will be delayed until proper billing confirmation is provided.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This is not your shipping confirmation. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a second email with the shipping confirmation and invoice.

All orders are shipped via our logistics partners (UPS, DHL, USPS, YAN WEN, Amazon, etc.) with an average delivery time of 5–8 business days. Delivery time is calculated from the date the order leaves our warehouse, not from the date the order is placed.

Processing time is 1–6 business days, depending on the season and product availability.

• Discontinued, out-of-stock, or unavailable products (longer than 15 days) will be replaced free of charge with the next equivalent model.

• If delivery is significantly delayed due to logistics issues (more than 10 days), we may offer a gift voucher or an SD card as compensation.

Billing and Shipping Verification

We only ship to the cardholder’s billing address or a verified shipping address. A verified shipping address is the address on file with your credit card company or an address that has been manually verified by Ctronics after the order is placed.

If the provided information does not match, your order will not be processed. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be placed on hold for manual review, which may take up to 5 business days from the date of order.

How can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us and include your full name and order number in your cancellation request.

Please note that orders that have already been invoiced and shipped cannot be canceled. We will do our best to assist you. All cancellation requests will be confirmed by an email from our customer service team.
