Cat Furniture

ComfyPet Products, guarantees all Cat Furniture free from structural defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years for Katattack and 2 years for Kiwi Classic Cat Furniture from the date of purchase except as noted below.  This KatAttack product warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, the attachment of any unauthorised accessory, alteration of the product, or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of ComfyPet Products. ComfyPet Products shall not be responsible for any type of incidental, consequential or special damages. All implied warranties, including but not limited to those implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited in the total duration of warranty period from the original purchase date. This warranty covers the structure of the Furniture only, i.e. the frame and the joints. This warranty DOES NOT cover wear &  tear of the Carpet or outer coverings or swinging toy (if attached). If a failure or fault occurs the product should be returned to the Retailer from whom the item was purchased to arrange repair or replacement at the discretion of ComfyPet Products. Repairs by anyone other than ComfyPet Products or its nominated Repairer voids warranty. The main structure of this Cat Scratcher is wood and can ‘warp’ if left in direct sunlight, i.e. window opening, etc., as moisture is drained from wooden uprights. Warping is not covered under warranty. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Every request for guarantee repairs must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Returns and warranty replacements must be sent to ComfyPet Products at the owners expense
